The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a Team Leader to provide a critical role within Offender Services, Corella Place and Emu Creek.

**About the Business Unit**

The supervision of Corella Place residents is done in accordance with the Offender Management Framework.

**About the Role**

Some of your duties will include:

- Coordinate the day to day operational aspects of Corella Place (two sites).
- Perform the duties of Officer in Charge in the absence of the Operations Managers.
- Responsible for the performance management of a team, including professional development, maintenance of professional standards and best practice service delivery.
