Cafe Team Leader

Pasticceria Papa is seeking four motivated, passionate and experienced Team Leaders to join our growing team at Haberfield. The roles are for morning, afternoon and evening supervision in our café.
In this role you will need to liaise with the Store Manager and staff, including other supervisors, throughout the day and continue to build on the existing customer focused team environment.
- Must be able to work well with a team and maintain a healthy team environment.
- Must be flexible to work any shift and be available to work weekends
- Must have an RSA
- Should have previous experience in a similar role
- Must be able to manage their team members in the Deli & Café
- Must be reliable, energetic and well-presented
- Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a positive can-do attitude
- Previous experience in Customer Service in a Deli or Café is desired but not essential
