Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- **Lead Generation** - Making outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses to identify key decision-makers and understand their telecommunication needs.
- **Account Management** - Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
- **Sales & Closing Deals** - Presenting tailored solutions, overcoming objections, and securing sales to meet and exceed targets.
- **CRM & Data Management** - Accurately recording customer interactions and tracking sales progress.
- **Industry Expertise** - Staying up to date on product offerings and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- **Collaboration** - Working within a supportive team environment to drive sales success.

What We’re Offering:

- Start Date: Thursday 8th May 2025 at our Docklands Offices
- Full-time, permanent role, 38 hours per week (Monday - Friday, Work between 9 AM - 7 PM) for stability and career growth.
- Salary: $36 per hour + Super plus commission, PTE additional $26,400 per annum.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging customers.
- Ability to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to navigate gatekeepers and overcome objections.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to exceed sales targets.
- High attention to detail, particularly in CRM record-keeping.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, account management, or lead generation.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Basic understanding of telecommunications products (or willingness to learn).
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
