**Your new role**

The Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Function is accountable for delivering analytical and insight services along with the management of business wide data to support the organisation's objectives, ensuring the data is fit-for-purpose.

You will be required to provide technical support in the development and implementation of the enterprise data management and governance frameworks, and to provide the day-to-day support and advice regarding these frameworks to ensure they function successfully.

This position provides targeted technical analysis and expertise to support investigations into new technologies and innovative data management and governance solutions. This role also works with internal and external stakeholders to determine business data requirements and to develop viable, robust solutions that meet those needs.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will ideally have a few years of proven work experience within the utility industry, with a focus on geospatial information, data provisioning and mapping
- Have a passion for improving their way business store and utilise their data
- Experience with Esri
- Knowledge and understanding of utility framework model
- Proven capability to analyse data and formulate solutions using Geospatial Information Systems and tools, and Database skills and tools, specifically the FME platform.
- Excellent ability to learn new skills, specifically related to niche platforms and technical tools/languages
