1300apprentice have a reputable host employer based in Castle Hill looking for a business trainee to join their dynamic enthusiastic team.

Throughout the traineeship, you will be studying towards a Certificate III in Business over 12 months.

**About this role**:
You will provide high-quality customer service to all members and clients you will engage with, within this role. You will be working in an industry that offers a complete suite of integrated financial services including Financial Planning, Superannuation, Insurance, and Guidance in Lending and Property Structuring.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Making incoming and outgoing calls
- Scheduling follow-up contact
- Dealing with incoming enquiries
- Transferring phones and taking messages
- Data entry
- Document management
- Supporting administration functions
- Office housekeeping.

**Must have**:

- Excellent customer service and be a people person
- Drivers licence to get to the office.

**To be successful**:

- Committed to completing a 12-month traineeship
- Comfortable with making incoming and outgoing calls
- Honest and hard-working
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great attitude and good computer skills
- Well-presented and enthusiastic
- Professional phone manner and excellent work ethic
