We are currently looking for experienced Certificate III and Diploma Educators and Early Childhood Teachers for our long day care services at following locations:

- Lane Cove - Cubbyhouse
- Kings Langley - Cubbyhouse
- Norwest - Young Scholars

Cubbyhouse Child Care desired criteria:

- 2-3 years’ Child Care experience
- Experiences working with 0 - 5 year old
- Knowledge on the, NQF, My Time Our Place, and Exceeding Themes.
- A clear understanding of the National Law and Regulations.
- Be passionate and motivated to provide high-quality educational programs and learning environments.
- An adaptable leadership style
- Be committed to ongoing forms of team engagement to create a fantastic work culture.
- An expert at guiding, mentoring and inspiring team members.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Be willing to build and maintain partnerships with families and communities.

Specific Duties:

- Contribute in consultation with the Children, Educational Leader, Team Members & Families developing weekly programs appropriate to the individual needs and interests of the children
- Maintain the necessary Administration, Programming, child developmental records of children, and the curriculum, as required.
- Assist in the observation and evaluation of the children's programs and their individual development.
- Assist with the implementation of daily routines.
- Positively interact with the children, giving each child individual and appropriate attention as required.
- Ensure that children are at all times adequately supervised and Educator ratios are maintained.
- Form comforting and nurturing relationships with the children.
- Assist with providing a safe, healthy and welcoming environment, maintaining at all times an anti-bias, non-judgmental and confidential service to all children.
- Work effectively in a team environment.

Essential Requirements of the Role:

- A recognised Certificate III or Diploma of Children's Services
- Current Working with Children Check
- HLTAID0012 - First aid (including Anaphylaxis and Asthma)
- HLTAID009 - CPR
- CHCPRT001 - Identify and Respond to children and Young People at Risk
- Covid -19 Vaccination

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Permanent, Full-time
Part-time hours: 25-38 per week

**Salary**: $52,788.79 - $79,973.00 per year

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Baulkham Hills, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
