We are looking for a Domestic Assistant to help us deliver high-quality and meaningful care to our aged care clients.

As a Domestic Assistant, you will work hard and with empathy to complete a variety of domestic duties for our clients. But this role is much more than just a cleaning job. Every task you complete as a Domestic Assistant helps an older person to live as independently as possible in their own homes, and you get to see firsthand the difference you are making.

- **Work hard and with empathy **to complete a variety of domestic duties for our clients such as: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, emptying garbage, washing dishes and putting them away, washing and ironing clothes, bed making, meal preparation, assistance around the garden, unescorted shopping using a shopping list on the client's behalf.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- An Australian Drivers Licence and your own vehicle.
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (myHomecare will organise at no cost to you).
- The right to work in Australia.
- Experience working in aged, disability care or domestic assistance is desirable, but not required.
