$25 - $ 26 + Super +Salary Packaging + %25 casual loading

**About You**

We are seeking Laundry Operator who are passionate about working in Aged Care Residential and have a good understanding of the Aged Care Standards with previous Aged Care experience.

You will provide a high-quality Laundry service for residents in addition the provision of laundry services to the different households(wings).

You will carry out your duties in accordance with the Aged Care Standards and Olivet Care’s policies and procedures.

You will have a strong connection with our rostering teams and your supervisor and team leader, who will offer you the support you need.

**Duties of the role**
- Be prepared and able to drive and manoeuvre Olivet's Laundry vehicles and trailers
- Effective Communication Skills with residents and staff
- To be thorough, organized, and efficient and manage your work environment in a systematic way to ensure workload is completed each shift
- Being able to train new Laundry Staff members
- To Wash, dry, fold, iron (as appropriate) and deliver all household linen, and resident's personal Clothing and ensure all is kept in a good and clean condition
- Being able to run the Laundry process independently and as part of the team
- To store and use all chemicals safely.
- To report any maintenance problems immediately to ensure continuity of laundry service
- Taking a reasonable care for your health and safety and others
- Not to be under the influence and/or use of alcohol or drugs while at work

**What you will need**
- Full Australian Driving License
- Pervious experience in Aged Care sector
- NDIS Screening Check ID
- Enthusiasm and great interpersonal skills
- COVID 19 and Flu Vaccinations evidence
- Have full Australian working rights
