Dsr (Dispatch Service Representative)

We’re seeking an organised and proactive **Dispatch Service Representative** to join our team. In this _operational role_, you’ll efficiently manage _daily scheduling and dispatching_ of our service technicians, ensuring service calls are prioritised and handled promptly to meet daily revenue and operational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage daily schedules for service technicians
- Assign service calls based on priority, technician availability, and skill set
- Communicate with customers regarding bookings, updates, and technician arrival times
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Liaise with technicians to resolve scheduling issues and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain accurate records of service jobs and customer communications

**About You**:

- Experience in dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or a similar coordination role (trades/services industry preferred)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with scheduling software and digital communication tools

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
