We’re a high-performing, fast-growing salon on the lookout for a Front-of-House Admin Superstar — someone who’s confident, switched-on, and thrives on keeping everything (and everyone) organised and running smoothly.
This is not a hairdressing role, but experience in the hair & beauty industry will be a huge advantage. If not, you’ll need exceptional customer service, sales, and admin skills — the kind that make you the go-to problem solver in any workplace.
**About the Role**:
This role is central to the success of our team and the client experience. You’ll be the first impression of the salon — greeting every guest with warmth, professionalism, and a smile — while managing the systems and details that keep the salon humming behind the scenes.
We need someone who can juggle client care, admin efficiency, and sales insight — all while keeping calm, polished, and in control in a busy, luxury environment.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Be the face and voice of the salon — welcoming clients, managing calls, and ensuring a smooth service flow.
- Manage and oversee all bookings, rebookings, and client communications.
- Handle daily sales processing, POS transactions, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Support payroll preparation, time-sheet reviews, and financial admin.
- Maintain accurate stock and product records; assist with ordering and supplier coordination.
- Prepare and run weekly reports on retail, rebook, and productivity metrics.
- Provide light IT troubleshooting support (POS systems, Wi-Fi, printers, etc.).
- Contribute to marketing and social content planning (social-media experience a bonus).
- Work closely with management on business operations and salon projects.
**We’re Looking for Someone Who**:
- Has strong administrative and front-of-house experience — ideally within a salon, spa, or customer-service environment.
- Possesses advanced customer service, sales, and organisational skills.
- Understands how to manage systems, reporting, payroll support, and data accuracy.
- Is tech-savvy and confident in troubleshooting basic IT issues.
- Communicates clearly and professionally in person, online, and over the phone.
- Brings a positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Is a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Uses their initiative and takes pride in finding solutions before being asked.
- Has a driver’s licence and reliable transport.
**✨ Non-Negotiables**:
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be available for a minimum of one late night per week - Wed or Thursday (until 8:30 pm).
- Be available for at least one Saturday per month.
- Be comfortable working full-time hours with flexibility to support business needs, especially during peak periods or events.
