We are looking for diverse range of experienced Caregivers who want regular/ ongoing shifts and can commit to working at least 20 hours per week.

We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs. Our clients rely on us so your dedication, commitment and reliability is absolutely essential to the job.

**About the Role**:

- Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised;
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship;
- Assist clients (e.g. NDIS ‘High Intensity’) with medication administration, PEG feeding, oral suctioning, seizure management, managing challenging behaviours, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/ or other high care needs undertaken in accordance with clinical policies and approved DoC framework;
- Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by a Registered Nurse;
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly;
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience as a Support Worker/ Caregiver
- Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset
- Ability to identify and report client care concerns to management when needed.
- Reliable way to get to and from the client's homes (i.e driving your own vehicle, no reliance on public transport).

**Job Requirements**
- Certificate III in either: Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience (i.e. equivalent to certificate III), or equivalent on-the-job experience
- National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
- Working With Children Check (e.g. QLD ‘Blue Card’)
- NDIS Worker Screener Clearance (e.g. QLD ‘Yellow Card’)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
- Current CPR and First Aid certificates
- Current Driver’s licence + your own reliable vehicle (suitable for transporting clients with disability).
- Fit, healthy and physically capable (without restrictions) of performing safely, the necessary manual handling tasks relevant to the job

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.46 - $93.72 per hour
