Seeking committed and caring professionals who subscribe to the 'Person Centred Approach' when supporting _NDIS _participants.

Seeking responsible and nurturing support workers to work in our residential support facilities who can adapt to situations with a positive attitude and can remain respectful at all times. Must be able to follow clear directions based on policy and procedure.

Must be available for sleepover shifts and short notice shifts at our residential support facilities.

We are an organisation that is complicate with all _NDIS _guidelines. We are a registered _NDIS_ provider and our support workers must act with integrity, honesty and transparency.

**Requirements for the job**:

- Must be willing to obtain a First Aid
- HLTAID011 certificate
- Must have or willing to obtain a Working With Vulnerable Peoples Card.
- Must have or willing to obtain a current police check.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.41 - $37.03 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Rotating roster

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gungahlin, ACT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
