**Is this for you?** - Are you reliable and independent ? - Are you passionate about supporting people to be independent and reach their goals on a 1:1 ratio ? - Do you like flexible work hours ? - Do you want a choice over your roster? - Do you seek learning and development opportunities to boost your career? **Your role** Assisting people to live as independently as possible in their own homes and in the community. - Assisting with personal care, such as showering, getting dressed, oral care, personal grooming, conduct daily tasks, and household chores such as laundry and cooking. - Providing social support and companionship to individuals with disabilities and those recovering from mental health disorders such as social outings. - Assisting those with physical and psycho-social difficulties to stay independent in their own homes while helping to build confidence and life skill. - Assisting with light housework, such as vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. - Help with cooking and doing dishes, planning meals, and grocery shopping. - Driving clients and running errands. - Help people get out and about in the community. - Reviewing and revising care support plans. - Be a part of the Passion Aid Care team by supporting clients and fellow support workers **Job Types**: Part-time, Casual Pay: $29.00 - $40.00 per hour Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Shift work - Weekend availability Supplementary Pay: - Penalty rates **Experience**: - Mental Disability related: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: - First Aid Certification (required) - National Police Certificate (required) - Driver Licence (required) - Children Check/ WWVP Card - "Yes" to NDIS activities (required) - NDIS worker's orientation module certificate? (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 25/05/2025
