About Us

Queen Brows is a boutique salon located in Hawthorn, and due to recent growth, we are looking for a Brow and Lash Specialist to join our energetic, friendly team. Our customers are the heart and soul of everything that we do, and we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of brow-perfecting options, cosmetic tattooing, lash lifts and plasma pen services for youthful looking skin. We offer a supportive and encouraging work environment and ongoing training and development opportunities.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for our clients across a range of brow and lash services. You will perform a variety of lash and brow treatments including extensions, lifts and tints, brow wax, tint, and lamination services.

About You

The applicant we are seeking must meet the following criteria:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the beauty industry
- Experience with Lash and Brows
- Works well within a small, friendly team environment
- Exceptional customer service and ability to build trust and rapport with clientele
- High standard of work and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and passion for the industry
- Willing to work evenings and Saturdays

- Hawthorn, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
