**THE ROLE**:

- Supports Production Manager with day to day reporting, data analysis with a focus on process improvement, stock maintenance, system enhancements.
- Reporting work area performance - a key conduit for communication amongst teams and presenting real time info on daily scheduling capabilities.
- Management, oversight, reporting, production planning of special projects.
- Assistance in planning and development efforts with upcoming company expansion, on our existing business sites.
- Workflow and process analysis.
- Assistance in the enhancement of the company’s established 5S Program.
- Assistance in workflow and section procedures.

**WHAT WE'RE SEEKING**:

- Previous verifiable experience in **manufacturing or engineering **work environments is a key requisite.
- Outstanding **written and verbal communication skills, **with demonstrated experience in building open, positive **stakeholder relationships.**
- High level **analytical and reporting skills, **with an emphasis on precision, accuracy and concision. Accomplishment in the MS Suite of programs is required, in particular**:intermediate of MS Excel.**
- **Six Sigma** skills will be highly regarded.
- Experience leading business initiatives to drive process enhancements, improvements, waste reductions and workplace efficiency.
- Current driver’s licence and own reliable transport - a must.
- Self-motivated with hands-on, can-do attitude.
