**About the role**

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will support clients with a range of physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities to achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

**Requirements for this role**
- Arabic speaking.
- Previous experience in disability.
- Comfortable working with male participants.
- Ability to work in in-home care settings.
- Trained or familiar with hoist use and manual handling.
- Female support worker

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry
- Support clients with community access and social activities
- Assist with transportation to appointments or outings
- Promote independence and skill-building through active support
- Follow individual support plans and company policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and report any concerns to supervisors

**Essential Requirements**
- Current First Aid
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Orientation Module
