DASA is looking for a technical professional who is passionate about aviation safety in the Defence context. As an ASAO, your contribution will have a critical bearing on promoting aviation safety outcomes. Possessing experience in design, production or management of safety critical systems within the aviation industry will be advantageous. As will knowledge pertaining to type certification and initial airworthiness concepts either civil or military.

For this role, you will draw on your broad experience to assess organisational performance and identify safety risks and therefore practical experience in evaluation of safety risks, or exposure to aviation safety is highly desirable.
