**About the role - Permanent Part-Time (0.8FTE)**

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Create engaging learning activities, course content, assessments and solutions that enhance business performance and compliance
- Develop engaging and interactive instructional graphics as part of the user interface using articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360 and Camtasia for use within the learning management software
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc) - gamification

**About you**:
You will also have the following skills and experience:

- Diploma of Training Design and Development
- Relevant qualifications in e-learning technology (authoring tools - Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360) or instructional design/or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and training
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Knowledge of a range of Learning Management tools
- Previous working experience in instructional design using a range of online and video authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 and Camtasia)
- Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)

- Full unrestricted South Australia Driver’s Licence
- DHS Child-Related Employment Screening or Working With Children check

- Travel within South Australia
- To be considered for employment with Baptist Care SA, you must have an up-to-date Covid 19 Vaccination status or be able to provide an appropriate medical exemption.
