You could currently be a SMSF Specialist or a tax/compliance Manager looking to add to your experience and focus on a client base [simpler than business clients but still specialised with the SMSF focus].

You will work alongside one of our Directors to manage a group of High Net Wealth [HNW] tax and SMSF clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to blend both super and tax skills to deliver value to our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding our clients through intricate tax matters as well as optimizing their wealth management strategies.

You are someone who loves building and maintaining strong client relationships. We are dedicated to providing personalised solutions and strategic insights that help our clients achieve their financial goals.

You will be handed responsibility for a group of clients from day 1but don’t worry, you won’t be thrown in the deep end, we will be there to help you along the way

**This role will include**:

- Loving a portfolio of clients [predominantly HNW individuals and family groups who are commonly ex-business owners]
- Helping deliver work to clients and building client relationships, so they come to directly
- Arming our Director with everything they need to deliver year-end tax returns and SMSF financial statements
- Reviewing the work of others and developing yourself as a great team manager over time [we already have some great team members]

**This role will be a great fit for you if you**:

- Are technically competent with personal tax matters [or have a desire to learn if your background is more SMSF-focused]
- Are multi-talented from an accounting and tax perspective but enjoy working on the personal side of things more than the business side of things for clients
- Care to make a difference for these clients and deliver great customer service
- Have some leadership experience under your belt [or are wanting to grow these skills]
- Are CA/CPA qualified
- Love bringing the wow to the customer experience
- Don’t have an issue getting your hands dirty
- Believe in getting it right and getting it done
- Are not afraid to have real conversations
- Can explain complex financial info in a way that makes sense to everyone
