**About the Role**

We are excited to announce the opportunity for a new Ward Clerk to join the team at P Block.

Healthcare administration is fast paced, and our Ward Clerks are an integral part of the team. Front facing for the service at Monash Medical Centre, the Ward Clerk is essential in supporting the flow of the unit.

This is an opportunity for Part time employment of.7 EFT With coverage over week days and weekends

**About You**

You are a proactive, experienced healthcare administrator who enjoys a fast paced environment and can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Prioritising comes naturally to you and being in a hospital environment you exhibit the core values as you strive in your relentless pursuit of excellence.

You have:

- Training in CMI and iPM and EMR
- Friendly, customer service driven individual who can communicate effectively
- Proactive, organised and can work autonomously
- Availability to work over weekends

What You need:

- Ideally you have experience in Hospital Admin and the programs you have trained in
- Time management and flexibility
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination is required
- Australian working rights
