- 3 South is a high acuity ward, located at the Royal Melbourne, specialising in emergency general surgery. We are searching for a Ward Clerk to support the nursing teams on an ongoing basis.**Your new role**:

- Administration support to the nursing leadership team on 3 South
- First point of contact for visitors - directing them where the patient is that they are visiting
- Assisting with patient flow by organising relevant transport options, organising discharge packs, admitting and discharging patients from our systems
- Answering and directing phone calls

**About you**:

- You have previous ward clerk experience with a collaborative working style
- You have effective communication skills and a calm demeanour
- You are able to handle multiple competing priorities
