**About The Role**:
We are looking for driven individuals to join the Calibre team based in our newly renovated Highpoint store. Reporting to the Store Business Manager, the Assistant Store Business Manager (ASBM) is accountable for assisting with all of the store operations, financial KPI's, leadership and mentoring of your team, whilst creating a VIP standard of service that sits above the rest.

**About You**:

- Previous sales experience in a similar fashion brand
- A thorough understanding of all KPI's and in store financials
- Professional and results focused leadership style
- The ability to problem solve, look for areas of opportunity and drive the business as your own
- Up to date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear
- Adaptable to change

**Salary**: $66,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
