Marketing and Promotions Associate

**MARKETING & PROMOTIONS ASSOCIATE - CASUAL**

Cabra Leagues Sports and Community Group is looking for a talented and motivated marketing professional to coordinate and help drive the club’s marketing, promotions, and communications in this hands-on role.

The Cabra Leagues Sports and Community Group offers 4 social and entertainment venues under one membership banner. These include Cabramatta Rugby League Club, Phoenix Club Cabramatta, Aberdeen Sports and Recreation Club and Aberdeen Ex-Servicemen’s Club. Each venue provides dining options, activities, function spaces and quality entertainment, all delivered with first-class service in a welcoming and relaxing environment. This position will be primarily based at Cabra Leagues, Cabramatta.

Your Key Priorities will be to:

- **Marketing Coordination**. Manage the annual marketing calendar including regular and key-date activations and scheduling.
- **Promotions**. Develop and activate member promotions across all areas of the business.
- **In-venue advertising**. Use various on-site channels to ensure strong exposure for promotions and activations are achieved. Channels include, but are not limited to, digital TV advertising and POS screen advertising.
- **Digital advertising.** Utilize existing digital and personalisation channels to deliver targeted campaigns to key segments.
- **Social Media**. Develop paid and sponsored social media champaigns across existing and emerging social media channels, providing monthly analytics reports to the Marketing Manager.
- **Innovation.** Continuously research and present innovative ways to improve the way we do business, engage with our customers and community.
- **Communication**. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders including senior management and business group
- wide marketing team members.

Duties within this role include, but are not limited to:

- Assist in ensuring all marketing efforts are promoted to members and guests.
- Assist in communicating all marketing efforts internally within the Group.
- Assist in coordinating activities and events to achieve corporate objectives regarding revenue, profitability and increasing market share.
- Coordinate activities and events.
- Ensuring activities and events are organized on time, on budget and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with team members, external agencies, and other departments to ensure the success of activities and events.
- Maintain knowledge on the latest club marketing trends and competitor activities.
- Oversee coordination of activities and events on the day including being on-site and ready to work when required.

**Desired skills and experience**:
Ideally you will be degree qualified or be able to demonstrate your experience in a similar or previous role, with experience in the club, entertainment, or hospitality industry highly desirable. The successful applicant will be part of a dedicated team working in all aspects of the business including food and beverage, rewards, communications, entertainment, promotions, and community.

Pay: $47,751.53 - $60,000.00 per year
