**About the Role**
The Finance Analyst - Fresh will partner with our Fresh Team to deliver timely and accurate financial insights. This role is critical to the Fresh division, encompassing month-end close, forecasting, inventory management, and variance analysis. You'll collaborate closely with the Business Performance Manager and other stakeholders to drive informed decisions.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and roll out IBP forecasts and models, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
- Manage financial reporting and variance analysis for Fresh Trading.
- Lead month-end activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and inventory reporting.

**About You**
You’re a proactive and analytical professional with a Finance or Commerce degree, CPA/CA qualification (or working towards), and several years of experience, ideally in FMCG. Advanced Excel skills, SAP familiarity, and a knack for problem-solving and process improvement are essential.
