**Description**:
The Role

HUB24 uses the UiPath RPA suite of tools. HUB24 have also engaged an external implementation partner to undertake development of new automations and to help develop internal RPA development capability with HUB24.

This role reports into the Head of HUB24 Automation Centre which is under the Innovation Lab. Innovation Lab is part of the Strategy division at HUB24.

Position can be Sydney or Brisbane based.

This role is permanent full-time and offers flexible work between home and office.

This role is open to Fresh Graduates so we have the expectation that technical skills will be further developed on the job however flexibility, communication, and a strong sense of customer service (internal and external to the business) would be key.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the primary person to manage triage for support requests.
- Be the primary person to answer any supported related phone calls or chat sessions.
- Own and resolve level 1 support requests.
- Oversight for level 2/3 support requests that are escalated to the vendor.
- Monitor processes in production to ensure they are running and effectively utilising robot licenses.
- Monitor Action Centre and work with key users to ensure issues are actioned in a timely manner.
- Escalate issues to appropriate staff.
- Take ownership of issues, to ensure resolution.
- Train internal clients in automations including resolving items in UiPath Action Centre.
- Manage user access in UiPath.
- Work with vendor to develop and maintains user guides.
- Assist with change management - review release notes, impact analysis and monitoring after change

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Passionate about technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer focus.
- Ability to manage engagements with both internal clients and external vendors.
- Excellent time management skills - ability to respond to multiple requests and prioritise accordingly.
- Ability to deal with all levels of user technical literacy.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) particularly UiPath Solutions
