An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and energetic person with a flair for sales to join our team at **Denlo Volkswagen** as a **Sales Cadet**. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be mentored by a well-established and experienced team to help kick-start your career in automotive sales.

Don't have any sales experience? No worries We are looking to hire someone with the right attitude, and we'll train up your skills in Automotive Sales.

**About the role**:

- Providing support to our Sales Team
- Learning about the Volkswagen brand and the range of vehicles
- Understanding customer needs
- Developing and maintaining a customer data base
- Continually developing your product knowledge to understand and sell the features and benefits of each model
- Exceeding customer expectations

**About You**:

- You have a passion for motor cars and want to develop a career in the motor industry
- You have an outgoing, enthusiastic, and friendly personality.
- You can build rapport with our customers
- You have exceptional customer service skills
- You are Self Motivated
- You can follow established processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Current NSW Driver's licence with the ability to drive manual vehicles an advantage
