We are a unique croissant bakery in Sydney. Rollers strives to create world class pastries each day, giving each customer the best coffee and croissant experience in Sydney. Rollers values quality and maintaining this whilst creating a good working environment is paramount in our day to day process

The team arrives each day to see their mates as much as they show up to work. The team is a passionate group, each with a unique flare and all bringing an energy to their specific roles and responsibilities. No matter what team (Baristas, Bakery or front of house) each member supports all aspects of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers as they enter the coffee shop and providing menu recommendations
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, including equipment, utensils, and supplies.
- Handling cash, card payments, and operating the POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the coffee shop, including the seating area, restrooms, and all front-of-house equipment and supplies.
- Assisting with restocking supplies, including croissants, coffee beans, and paper goods, as well as rotating inventory to ensure freshness.
- Providing recommendations on coffee and pastry pairings to customers and answering any questions they may have about our products and services.
- Maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment for customers and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working in a coffee shop or other customer service-related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Punctual and reliable.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- A passion for coffee, pastry, and providing excellent customer service

**Salary**: $20.33 - $34.53 per hour
