- **We are seeking a flexible Bartender to work in a range of different bars in the Club.**

**A great opportunity to exists for a part-time or casual position**:
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for customer experience and service for our regular members and guests. You will have a hands-on approach to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations, with the ability to work across a Wednesday to Sunday flexible roster.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- The day to day operational functions of bar and TAB
- Accountable for maintaining a customer centric focus in bar and TAB services, ensuring that customer service delivery is timely, effective and efficient and meets customer needs
- Support other team members and complete all associated promotional tasks
- Upsell our inhouse craft beer (brewed on site)
- Adhere to Club policy, legislative, and OHS compliance and requirements.

**What are we looking for**:

- A people person who enjoys delivering exceptional service with both colleagues and customers
- A beverage and TAB background, managing all TAB operations including self service terminals, terminal sign on/off, and book balancing requirement
- Keno knowledge
- Great product knowledge
- Own what they do
- Experience in stock and inventory management
- A responsible person with regard to RSA
- Cocktail knowledge and craft beer knowledge is a huge bonus
