**What you’ll do**:
Reporting to the Sales Operations and Meetings Manager, the Sales Operations and Meetings Coordinator role will deliver a consistent approach to supporting our field force and coordinating our field-led medical educational meetings across Australia and New Zealand.

**Essential for the role**:

- Experience in working as an administrative assistant or event coordinator planning, organising and executing in-person, hybrid & virtual educational meetings
- Professional written and spoken communications
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong team building and collaboration skills
- Ability to liaise with key stakeholders regarding their meeting needs
- Analytical abilities and problem solving abilities

**Desirable for the role**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business/Science/Event Management
- Experience in planning, organising and executing educational meetings and events within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience using CRM, event and budget management platforms (Sales Force/Veeva, Cvent, Concur)
- Basic SAP experience
