The Role_**

At Infin8care, Laundry Assistants play a critical role in providing quality Laundry services which focus on infection control and ensuring a safe and healthy living environment for residents.

**_ About You_**

At Infin8care, we hire on attitude and aptitude, so you DO NOT need experience working in a laundry, but you do however need to be aligned with our philosophy and values and have a commitment to resident wellbeing as well as the following,
- A willingness to work on a roster basis.
- A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one).
- Excellent work ethic, commitment to your colleagues, be proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace.
- Adopt a safety-first approach to daily tasks and supporting colleagues at all times.
- Commitment to attend safety specific training and upskilling sessions paid by the company.
- Willingness to come up with safety ideas that improve awareness, hazard reduction and incident reporting.
- As part of being an Infinite Aged care employee you will be required to complete pre-employment checks.
