**Support Worker - Wheelchair Experience & Strong English Communication**

**Location**: Mandurah, WA
**Support Hours**:

- Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Support Worker** to assist a male client in Mandurah. The role requires experience in supporting individuals who use a wheelchair and the ability to communicate effectively in English to ensure clear understanding, safety, and quality support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living support.
- Assist with wheelchair use, safe transfers, and mobility.
- Support community participation and social engagement.
- Follow individual care plans and document progress accurately.
- Communicate clearly with the client, family, and management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience supporting clients who use a **wheelchair** (mandatory).
- Excellent **English communication skills** (spoken and written).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- Compassionate, reliable, and respectful approach.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $43.00 per hour
