**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will lead and develop a large team both directly and indirectly and will be responsible for the overall delivery of this organisations strategic and financial objectives. You will play an integral part of its future plans by ensuring all aspects of service delivery to patrons, members and the broader community are of the highest standard. This will include a significant focus on people development, stakeholder engagement both internally and externally, and the ability to continually grow this highly popular and financially viable multi-purpose venue with creative and innovative ideas. You will also work closely with the Key Executives and Staff across the venue and be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as required. Additionally, you will serve as Secretary to the Board.
