We are dedicated to providing exceptional products and service to our clients, and we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Sales, in Victoria.

As the Head of Sales at The Blind Factory, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

This role requires working primarily on the road, with occasional time in the office for meetings, planning, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching and performance management to the sales team enhancing their skills and performance
  • Occasional onsite measure and quoting
  • Handle, negotiate and resolve customer complaints to best achievable outcome

Experience

This role suits someone currently successfully leading a direct B2C in home sales team in the home renovation sector.

  • Sales Coaching in a small – medium size team
  • Minimum 2+ of experience leading a direct B2C in-home sales team is required
  • Staff Performance Management techniques
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results orientated with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth
  • Experience in window furnishings is preferred, however not required.
