**The Opportunity**

The Administrator is first point of contact for all visitors to Insitu Pacific's Brisbane office and is responsible for providing a high-level of reception service. The position also takes responsibility for a range of administrative functions for the Senior Leadership Team and overall team members.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a high level of reception service during business hours by answering telephone calls and providing prompt responses or messages; greeting and screening of visitors at reception and directing courteously and promptly to the appropriate IPL contact;
- Administration of a range of secretarial and related activities including the coordination of meetings and general office administration (eg: photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, telephone messages, meeting room booking/maintenance, collection/distribution of all incoming/outgoing mail, meeting room tidy up);
- Preparation, compilation and maintenance of presentation material, correspondence, charts, reports and procedures;
- Coordination of all domestic and international travel (travel authorisations, bookings, quote, itineraries);
**Experience/Qualifications**

To be successful in this role:

- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Certificate IV in Business Administration (highly desirable).
- Motivated, proactive, friendly, cooperative and willing approach to assisting others as needed and in undertaking routine work as well as special assignments.
- High quality and accurate word processing skills.
- Intermediate knowledge and professional experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while working to schedule commitments.
- Requires a positive and flexible attitude, a high level of motivation and attention to detail.
- Australia citizenship to meet Australian Defence security requirements.
