**About Insitu Pacific**
Insitu Pacific delivers industry-leading uncrewed aerial system (UAS) services to Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Our expertise, operational experience, and knowledge has established Insitu Pacific as a key provider of end-to-end advanced multi-domain ISR solutions.
Since 2009, our people, partnerships, suppliers and local flight testing and training facilities have effectively supported defence, commercial and civil customers. Located in Alderley, Insitu Pacific head office is less than 10 minutes' drive from Army's Gallipoli Barracks in Enoggera, and 20 minutes from Brisbane CBD.
**The Opportunity**
Insitu Pacific is now recruiting for a **Training Coordinator** to responsible for performing training coordination activities in support of the Training Team.
**Responsibilities**
- Scheduling and planning logistics pertaining to pilot and maintenance training.
- Collating and preparing training material within specified deadlines for program delivery.
- Maintaining training records and creating certificates of attainment, coordination of learning and development activities for Operational Training Programs including accurate record keeping across all company systems
- Collecting data for reports, correspondences and audits.
- Coordinating the training team intranet/extranet content; coordinate with key content owners to compile and update information regularly.
**Experience/Qualifications**
To be successful in this role:
- Experience supporting a training organisation.
- You will also require transferable skills gained in a similar administrative or records management role. In addition, previous experience within the defence or industrial sector is desirable but not necessary.
- Systematic and logical problem-solving skills.
- High-level interpersonal skills and oral and written communications skills.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in the full Microsoft Office Suite and in Learning Management Systems.
- Friendly, cooperative and willing approach to assisting others as needed, and in undertaking routine work as well as special assignments.
- Australia citizenship to meet Australian Defence security requirements.
