Principal Technical Specialist- Multiple Roles

**The role**: Reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager, the Principal Technical Specialist roles will play a technical lead role in the implementation of the Endpoint Platform Security Solutions and Vulnerability Management Services, within the Cyber Security Program. These roles will provide technical implementation skills, and analysis and expert advice of the EPP and VMS.

**Duties will include**:

- Provide technical leadership, high-level support and configuration to EPP and VMS.
- Plan and implement regular and proactive maintenance and performance improvements of EPP and VMS.
- Provide expert advice and analysis on the EPP, VMS and future requirements by working closely with Hospital and Health Services (HHSs) and eHealth BAU teams.
- Actively participate to the development of the project plans and schedules including risk and issues identification.
- Partner with key stakeholders, HHSs and external suppliers/vendors in developing, socialisation and implementation of technical plans.
- Active leadership and support to the EPP and VMS.
- Provide all levels of support during the change window.
- Strong experience and knowledge of EPP and VMS Architectures, technologies, and best practises.
- Demonstrated experience in core technologies and domains:

- Active Directory,
- Windows 10 Operating Systems,
- Virtual Infrastructure,
- Windows and Linux Server Operating Environments,
- Azure and other cloud-based technologies
- EPP and VMS and Data Loss Preventions products.
- Experience in delivering security capabilities in large and complex environments with a focus on SIEM, SOAR, IT/OT, IDS/IPS, Zero Trust.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, at business and technical levels, complex architectural concepts, drivers, and issues, in both written and verbal formats.
- Demonstrated understanding of how to integrate information technology with business processes and people.
