**About the role**
The position, reporting to the General Manager - Group Information and Analytics, to provide lead AI specific business analyst support including industry leading knowledge and guidance to the business for AI platforms within Bolton Clarke. This also includes leading the business with management, engagement and support of data quality and data dictionary functions to support quality of data to AI activities. Also, the development and management of implementation of AI and AI Governance policy, process and procedure for enterprise (GIA).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage and support across the business with AI industry leading education and Community of Practice sessions with business.
- Actively involved with business executive and business leaders in relation to what AI can offer.
- Lead and facilitate co-development projects between GIA and business in relation to AI.
- Manage develop and implementation of AI governance strategy, policy, process and procedure to support and guide the business.
- Management facilitation of short listing all AI related GIA requests and prioritising based on business value and complexity.
- Complete business requirements for all AI projects by engaging with business based on GIA template and standard.
- Lead development and engagement with the business in relation to the importance of data quality and driving and leading data dictionary use across the business.
- Monitoring, auditing, and managing the health of Power BI including key metrics to track Power BI adoption and usage in relation to AI related assets.
- Manage the centralised AI portal including all internal governance documentation, FAQs, best practice guidelines, training, and support.

**We would love to hear from you if you have**:

- Tertiary education in Information Technology, Business or related discipline, and/or Commensurate experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Data Analyst Associate Certification desirable
- Advanced communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate technical matters clearly and concisely, particularly in the development of policy and procedure documentation.
- Exceptional stakeholder and customer-relationship management skills, at all levels of the organisational structure.
- Demonstrated and accomplished business analysis skills.
- Experience in dealing with a geographically dispersed customer base in a highly regulated and complex technology environment.
