As a Trainee Customer Field Technician, you will:
- Work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet-
- Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements-
- Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship-
- Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship, learning how to be a Customer Field TechnicianYou will be rewarded with:

Whether you’re out in the network performing inspections or maintenance, diagnosing, and resolving faults, to providing the best service, or connecting more homes and businesses to high-speed fibre.

- To get the most out of this traineeship, you’ll likely have an inquisitive mind and an eagerness to learn, a positive attitude and a driver’s license. A passion for customer service and, an appetite for working independently and at pace will set you up for even more success. We’ll support you with developing your skills and will provide the training and guidance you need on the job in a safe, supportive, and flexible environment while you get paid.
