**About the role**

**Stratco** is looking for a bright and talented sales focused individual who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude. This is a great opportunity for a flexible and customer-focused person to become an integral part of our growing national and international company. As a member of the retail call centre sales team your role will include:

- Telephone sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Keying of orders
- Regular communication and interaction with store managers
- Liaison with manufacturing and despatch teams
- Work in our Home Improvements Store

**The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:
- Strong and stable record in phone sales
- Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Excellent data entry skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays
