We are a busy specialised practice that requires a self-driven, mature minded professional, who enjoys working in a high-paced team environment.
- Responsible for the efficient and effective day to day operations of the Institute’s patient and staff relations.
- Liaising with patients, management, and clinical staff regarding all aspects of IFN service operations and patient services.
- Ensure the distinctively high clinical standards of the Institute are maintained for all patients and at all times.
- Responsible for efficient running of front office
- Provision of reception duties to a high standard
- Manage appointments in Visit base and Google calendar
- Bill patients, collect and receipt transactions Co-ordinate tasks to clinical staff in conjunction to assist with the efficient running of the clinic
- Liaise with patients and their families in a compassionate manner
- Handle patient concerns and complaints, notifying management of any concerns
- Maintain stocks of patient information and branded forms
- Process outstanding accounts ensuring statements are sent regularly
- Undertake banking procedures and maintain cash float
- Operate all aspects of EFTPOS machine
- Scan/print/photocopy documents
- Compile and generate Case Management data
- Receive, filter and convey messages in writing, verbally and when appropriate electronically as per IFN policy
- Contribute as a member of the team to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
- Monitor supplement and stationary stock levels
- Order supplements as required to maintain adequate stocking levels
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
- Maintain practice dress standards
- Assist staff with patient mobility requirements as requested
- Operate within the Institute’s policies and procedures
- Recording minutes of meetings as required
- Assisting clinical team and Any other duties as directed by the Institute Director or Management Team
