**Casual Sales Associate - Real Estate**

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team on a casual basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are studying, working part-time, or looking to get their foot in the door of the real estate or sales industry. As a Sales Associate, you will be a key player in supporting our sales efforts, assisting clients, and contributing to the success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential buyers and sellers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Support the sales team with client communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Finding prospective sellers through prospecting - door knocking, cold calling and chase ups.
- Stay informed about market trends and real estate regulations.

Qualifications:

- Must have a current Certificate of Registration in Real Estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for real estate.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

How to Apply:

Pay: $50,000.00 - $148,099.52 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Licence/Certification:

- NSW Property Certificate of Registration (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
