Overview:
The Principal Project Officer is accountable to the Manager, Health Services Programs for:

- Planning and successfully delivering a range of complex projects and initiatives that contribute to the development of service models, programs, policies and strategies in veteran health.
- Working collaboratively with Local Health Networks, Primary Health Networks, community organisations, other service providers and stakeholders to coordinate and implement policies and strategies to support health system service initiatives.
- Developing processes to gather knowledge, data and information, and undertaking critical analysis to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Working in partnership with the Program Manager, Health Services Programs as well as the leadership team of the Health Services Programs Branch to contribute to the achievement of key goals and objectives.
