We are currently seeking for an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our passionate and experienced team at Kindy Kollege Mount Druitt. This is the room leader position for our baby's room. We have a diverse team of educators, and we promote open communication between the leadership and team members. Our culture is inclusive, collaborative and encouraging.

**Essential**:
ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education

ACECQA approved Current first-aid certificate.

ACECQA approved Child
- protection certificate.

Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

**You will be responsible for**

- Building and leading a strong team
- Delivering a high
- quality learning outcomes
- Ability to build respectful relationships with children, families and staff.
- Good organisational skills

You will be required to have strong understanding of National Quality Framework, National quality standards and Early Years Learning Framework.

Applicants will have strong communication skills and be organised, as well as having a caring and professional approach to their work. You will need to have a great work ethics and be committed to the service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 38 per week
