Reservations Agent

**OVERVIEW**

With our increase in guests looking to stay at Penrith Mercure, a position has presented for a full time reservations agent to join the team

Reporting to the Reservations Supervisor, you will assist with the completion of reservations duties, including accurately processing hotel reservations (inbound enquiries and groups).

**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Excellent customer Service skills (verbal & written communication)
- Ability to work amongst a team in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Experience with Opera, or a similar PMS is preffered
- Strong computer skills is essential
- Mercure Penrith is Mandatory Vaccination Hotel which requires all employees to be fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.
