We currently have opportunities for a Manufacturing Operator based at our Bankstown facility to join our team.

In this position you are required to work across rotating shifts being day, afternoon or night shift. You will initially begin on day shift for your training, and once competent, work across rotating shifts.

This is a highly regulated industry which requires compliance to safety and quality procedures, and your attention to detail is critical.

- Demonstrative commitment to Workplace Health and Safety and Quality work standards
- The ability to understand and follow written work instructions
- High level of attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and flexibility around job tasks
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded

Quickstep Manufacturing Operators are covered by an Enterprise Agreement which provides the opportunity to move through the classification levels, with supported on and off the job training aligned with increased salary.
