**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Leading a passionate team to deliver a standout in-store experience
- Building genuine customer relationships with a strong local, multicultural community
- Driving sales and hitting KPIs through exceptional service, team motivation, and smart floor leadership
- Coaching, training, and inspiring your team daily this is a hands-on leadership role
- Owning all store operations, visual merchandising, and compliance with pride and precision
- Planning rosters, managing performance, and creating an environment where your team can thrive

Pay: $28.69 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
