**The role**

We are seeking a full time Systems Administrator to support our group's various catering venues, reporting directly to the Systems & Cost Controller. You will be implementing and analyzing inventory & sales movements and online ordering platforms across multiple systems, playing a key role in the business, driving the business integrity and financial accuracy. Our support office is based in Sydney CBD and the role provides flexible working hours.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of our Point of Sales, Online Ordering and Stock Control systems content across our organization in a timely & accurate manner such as
- menu management for our restaurants POS and online ordering sites
- upload & maintain inventory in our supplier database
- assist in setting up new stores to our online ordering platform
- Assisting with reporting & analytics
- Working closely with operational staff to ensure all systems are up to date and function as required
- Provide support to our multiple venues across Australia

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience as point of sales administrator with restaurant point of sales systems and /or online ordering platforms
- Experience with Fedelta & Chewzie would be an advantage but is not essential
- A sound knowledge of food, wine & beverage
- Certificate in hospitality/tourism/catering
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with attention to detail and commit to, and execute tasks
- Willingness to develop and grow across multiple system platforms
