**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
- VIT Registration.
- A deep enthusiasm for empowering students and cultivating a passion for lifelong learning.
- Excellent communication skills that foster collaboration among students, parents, and colleagues.

Resourcefulness and creativity in adjusting teaching methods to cater to a range of learning needs.
