**About the role**:
We are seeking a dedicated **Maintenance Officer** to join the team at our new **Oxley Aged Care Home**, opening in March 2025. This **full-time position** will commence in February 2025 and is integral to maintaining the facility's high standards while ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Key responsibilities include **proactive and reactive maintenance, contractor liaison and safety compliance.**

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in maintenance roles, preferably within aged care, healthcare, or similar environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A sociable and good-natured personality.
- Comprehensive understanding of workplace health and safety regulations,
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are highly regarded
