**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the recruitment and placement process of apprentices and trainees, matching their skills with suitable employers.
- Collaborate with host employers and training providers to create positive learning experiences for apprentices and trainees.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and support apprentices and trainees in their workplace.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and encouragement to learners, ensuring they meet their training and professional development goals.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate learners' progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of apprentice and trainee progress in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Promote workplace health and safety standards and ensure learners are aware of safety protocols.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed to enhance learners' skillsets and employability.
- Act as a liaison between MobReady, employers, and learners to address any issues or concerns.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the vocational training or group training sector.
- A strong understanding of apprenticeship and traineeship programs and the relevant regulations in NSW.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with learners, employers, and industry stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire young individuals to achieve their career goals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of vocational education and training frameworks and assessment practices.
- A relevant qualification or experience in education, training, human resources, industrial relations or a related field is advantageous.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based in the Greater Sydney region, New South Wales, with regular travel required.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for this role.
- Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
